1. Who We Are

FitKinec Pro ("FitKinec," "we," "us," or "our") is a fitness marketplace operated by FitKinec Pro LLC. We connect clients with personal trainers, gyms, and wellness professionals.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Account info: name, email, password (hashed), profile photo, role (client / trainer / wellness / gym).
• Health & fitness data: workout logs, body composition measurements, body scan images, meal photos and AI-derived nutrition values, heart rate / steps / sleep (only if you connect Health Connect or Apple Health).
• Location: approximate location only when you open the marketplace tab, to suggest nearby professionals. Never tracked in the background.
• Payment info: handled by Stripe and Apple/Google in-app purchase. We never store your full card number.
• Usage analytics: app crashes, screen views, and feature interactions to improve the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the FitKinec marketplace and your subscription tier.
• Match you with trainers, wellness pros, gyms, or clients.
• Display your progress (body scans, heat map, workouts, nutrition) inside your account.
• Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, password resets, receipts).
• Improve product quality (analytics, crash reports).

4. How We Share Your Information

We never sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Trainers / wellness pros / gyms you book or message — they see only what you actively share with them.
• Service providers we contract to operate FitKinec: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Prism Labs (body scans), Google Cloud / Railway (hosting), Google / Apple (push notifications).
• Legal requirements if compelled by valid law enforcement requests.

5. Data Retention

• Active accounts: data is retained as long as your account exists.
• Closed accounts: personal data is deleted within 90 days of account deletion, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. tax records of payments).
• Body scan images: deleted from our servers within 30 days of the scan; numerical results are kept on your account history.

6. Your Rights

• Access & export: request a copy of your data at support@fitkinecpro.com.
• Delete: delete your account in-app from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or visit our Account Deletion page to request deletion by email.
• Rectify: edit your profile and health data anytime in the app.
• Withdraw consent: disconnect Apple Health / Health Connect anytime in Settings.
• EU/UK GDPR: you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
• California CCPA / CPRA: you have the right to know, delete, and opt-out of "selling" (we don't sell data anyway).

7. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and least-privilege admin access. Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children's Privacy

FitKinec is not intended for users under 13. If you believe a child has registered, please email support@fitkinecpro.com and we will remove the account.

9. International Users

Our servers are located in the United States. By using FitKinec, you consent to the transfer of your data to the US.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
