Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
For App Store / Google Play subscriptions: cancel through your device's account settings (App Store → Profile → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Subscriptions on Android). For web/Stripe subscriptions, open the FitKinec Pro app → Settings → Subscription → Manage.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data within 90 days.
I forgot my password
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a 6-digit reset code by email within a few minutes (check spam).
My body scan won't start
Body scans require iOS 16+ and a TrueDepth camera (iPhone X or newer). Make sure the FitKinec Pro app has Camera permission in Settings → FitKinec Pro → Camera. If you're still stuck, email us with your device model.
I'm a trainer / wellness pro — how do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe account in the app: Earnings tab → "Connect Stripe". Once verified by Stripe (usually under an hour), payouts go directly to your bank weekly.
I want to report a bug or abuse
Email support@fitkinecpro.com with subject line starting with "BUG:" or "ABUSE:". We treat abuse reports as P0 and respond same-day.

Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time. We also monitor on weekends for urgent issues.
