Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FitKinec Pro account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains both the in-app option (the fastest path) and the email request method for users who no longer have access to the app.
Option 1 · Delete from the App (recommended)
If you can still sign in, this is the fastest method. Deletion is immediate.
- Open the FitKinec Pro app on your iPhone or Android device.
- Sign in if prompted.
- Tap More (bottom-right) → Settings → Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm.
⚠️ Once confirmed, deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 2 · Request by Email
If you can't access the app or prefer email, send us a deletion request:
- Email fitkinecpro@gmail.com from the address on file.
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your account email so we can locate your record.
- We process requests within 30 days (typically within 48 hours).
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile, name, email, password, and avatar
- All body scans, scan results, and 3D body models
- All AI meal photos and nutrition history
- Wellness check-ins and weekly tips history
- Bookings, sessions, and chat messages you initiated
- Subscription metadata, IAP receipts, and Stripe Connect account links
- Push-notification tokens, device sessions, and saved preferences
- Trainer/wellness profile (if applicable) including bio, specialties, and availability
What We Keep, and Why
Some records are retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes after deletion:

These retained records cannot be used to identify or contact you. After your account is deleted, your email is removed from all marketing systems and third-party processors (Resend, Stripe, Apple, Google, Prism Labs).
Before You Delete
If you have active commitments, please consider:
- Active subscription? Cancel it first via the App Store (iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store app → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions). Account deletion does NOT cancel native subscriptions.
- Upcoming sessions booked? Reach out to your trainer or wellness pro before deletion so they can fill your spot.
- Pro accounts: Pending Stripe Connect payouts will still be sent to your bank account on file. Outstanding referral-link fees, if any, are written off on deletion.
