Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FitKinec Pro account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains both the in-app option (the fastest path) and the email request method for users who no longer have access to the app.

Option 1 · Delete from the App (recommended)

If you can still sign in, this is the fastest method. Deletion is immediate.

  • Open the FitKinec Pro app on your iPhone or Android device.
  • Sign in if prompted.
  • Tap More (bottom-right) → SettingsPrivacy & Data.
  • Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

⚠️ Once confirmed, deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2 · Request by Email

If you can't access the app or prefer email, send us a deletion request:

  • Email fitkinecpro@gmail.com from the address on file.
  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Include your account email so we can locate your record.
  • We process requests within 30 days (typically within 48 hours).

These retained records cannot be used to identify or contact you. After your account is deleted, your email is removed from all marketing systems and third-party processors (Resend, Stripe, Apple, Google, Prism Labs).
